Use accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not use the site to submit false payment evidence or interfere with other customers’ accounts or orders.

The available services, plan periods, requirements, and prices are shown on the relevant service and checkout pages. Prices are displayed in FBU. Check the details and total shown at checkout before submitting your order. Availability and plan details may change over time.

Follow the payment method and destination shown in checkout. For manual Lumicash, the checkout total includes the service price and the displayed withdrawal fee; this is intended to leave the listed service price after the withdrawal charge. Submit accurate payment details and a genuine confirmation. An uploaded confirmation is reviewed and does not by itself mean that payment has been approved or that an order is complete.

You can follow progress from your account’s order status. We may contact you through the site if information is missing or needs clarification. Most orders are completed sooner; please allow up to 24 hours for processing. If an order needs attention beyond that, contact support from your account or email info@suba.bi.

Some plans involve services operated by third parties. Their own terms, availability, and technical requirements may apply to your use of those services. SUPA’s service listings do not imply that SUPA is owned by or affiliated with each listed provider.
